Pismo State Beach - North Beach Campground is a favorite area for Monarch butterflies to winter from November to February. Docents are on hand everyday during this season from 10:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m.  There are also docent-led walks every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.  Click here for more information.

 There is a 104 site developed campground with hot showers. Reservations are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Call 1-800-444-7275 for reservations.

Northbound: From Jct. U.S. 101 & Price Street in Pismo Beach travel north on Price Street for 25 yards to Ocean View Road, then west one block to Dolliver Street (Hwy. 1). Go south for 1 mile and the campground is on the right.
Southbound: From Jct. U.S. 101 and Pismo Beach exit (Hwy. 1 & Dolliver Street), travel south for 1.3 miles on Dolliver Street. The campground is on the right.
